Our Service Apartment is situated in Adyar, which is very famous residential locality and close to Adyar traffic signal. It is located opposite to Adyar Post Office. Visitors can buy their desired goods and accessories as different kinds of shopping malls and branded showrooms are located within 5 to 7 kms of area. Our Serviced Apartment is a perfect combination of contemporary living and old-world charm greets every guest, where the warm ambience of our apartment provides a haven of tranquility that belies our location at the heart of the bustling city streets in Chennai. It is well equipped with all necessary facilities to realize relaxing and memorable moments of living during your trip.

Our Service Apartment will be convenient for four adults or two adults with two children. Guest House/Service Apartment offered by us has two beds roomed flat of about 900 square feet. Our Service Apartment’s flats are fully air conditioned and well-furnished. The bed rooms are fitted with window air conditioners and the living cum dining with a split a/c. both bed rooms have attached toilets with western closets. Here running hot and cold sweet water is provided in both the toilets and kitchen round the clock. We also offer fridge and fully equipped kitchen for the visiting family to cook. In all flats phone, colour TV with dish antenna and car parking facility are also available. We have also arranged for maid who will visit the flat daily to clean the flat.

Visiting non resident Indians, especially from the U.S.A have found our facilities very good and they have always enjoyed their stay. Our charges depend on the number of persons occupying and the period of requirement. We have different rates for periods less than one week, more than a week but visitors who stay for less than a month and more than a month get local telephone calls and cooking gas free.
